How it works
From now until March 31, 2022, fill out this form to purchase a professional individual membership with CanFASD and get a second membership completely free!
Simply fill out your contact information and add the name and email address of the individual who will be receiving a free membership. We will contact them to set up their account.
Offer is only valid for one year from the start date. After one-year, professional members must renew at the posted rate at that time. This offer is only valid for professional membership, not personal ones.
Who can purchase a membership?
CanFASD memberships are open to anyone and everyone who are interested in learning more about FASD and staying connected with the FASD community. Our individual memberships are split into two tiers: personal members and professional members.
Discounted rates are always available for people with FASD and their caregivers under the personal membership tier. We designed the “professional” membership for everyone else: family members, teachers, coaches, service providers, researchers, psychologists, diagnostic clinic team members, FASD support services, you name it!
This is the first discount we’re offering for professional members. It includes optional access to our member directory and a number of other great benefits.
Bulk purchases for online courses
Did you know we also offer the option to purchase bulk subscriptions to our online courses? If you’re looking for ways to spend your remaining budget before the end of the fiscal year, invest in an FASD-informed workforce. Make sure your staff are date with the latest info on FASD and how it relates to your field. We have profession-specific courses for those working in education, law and justice, substance use, healthcare, frontline services, women’s health and more.
