CanFASD would like to welcome Richard Mugford to the team! He has joined us as our newest member to help develop and monitor our online training curricula.
Trained in Urban and Regional planning at Ryerson University, Richard has spent most of his career in the Homeless Serving Sector in Calgary, Alberta. Richard has excelled at creating and implementing innovative programs as well as developing meaningful collaborations with community stakeholders. After ten years in the homelessness sector, Richard was brought on as the term Executive Director of the Calgary Fetal Alcohol Network. With a more in-depth understanding of FASD, Richard has taken a keen interest in creating spaces to increase community capacity in response to FASD.
