You can now register for the Canada FASD Conference, happening October 21-23, 2025, in Toronto, Ontario! 

What can you expect from this event 

The Canada FASD Conference is an opportunity for you to connect with people across Canada and around the world committed to addressing FASD. This is an event where data and evidence are translated into action, where you can stay up to date with the latest research and best practices, and where we can come together to address FASD at a national level. 

The conference will consist of three days of presentations and workshops, plus a networking event. There will be presentations on a wide range of topics related to FASD from researchers, service providers, and individuals with lived experience. 

Conference rates 

The regular conference rate is $849 plus applicable taxes and fees. Early bird pricing for this event is $749 (plus taxes and fees). Early bird rates will end June 30th, at which point the regular conference pricing will come into effect. 

Students and individual members of CanFASD are eligible to register at a discounted rate of $749 (plus taxes and fees) up until registration closes. All prices are in Canadian dollars. Be sure to register as soon as possible to secure your spot! 

Limited funding will be made available to support individuals with in-home and in-body experience to attend this event. More information about subsidies will be available soon. 

Conference location 

The Canada FASD Conference is being hosted at the Hilton Downtown in Toronto, Ontario.  

Never been before? Toronto is located on the traditional territory of the Anishinaabe, Haudenosaunee, and Huron-Wendat peoples. It is also part of the Treaty 13 lands.

Do you have a story, program, project, idea, or innovation related to FASD? Apply to present at the Canada FASD Conference! We are accepting Academic abstracts and Personal Experience abstracts.  

Individuals and teams are encouraged to submit abstracts that stimulate ideas and discussion, promote learning of knowledge and skills, and energize attendees to participate in debate and critical reflection. The application deadline is Monday, March 31, 2025 at 23:59 EDT.
