The Living Well: FASD and Mental Health conference provides a national forum for researchers, caregivers, individuals with FASD, policy makers and service providers with an interest in FASD such as educators, early childhood educators, social workers, medical professionals, health care providers, mental health workers, addictions workers, and justice and corrections workers to share research, evaluation, experience and practices related to FASD and mental health. It will bring awareness to issues related to mental health and mental illness for those most directly affected by FASD and will foster a commitment to advance the knowledge and implementation of evidence informed strategies and programs.
